CATALOG OF STOPS is an ongoing archive collecting artistic viewpoints on the act of mourning – concerning the loss of a situation or chance.
we do not exclude the loss of a person in our artistic research though rather focus on the rituals derived from mourning a person.
we are looking for ways of dancing, singing, crying and meeting other people in traditional or contemporary sense of mourning. when it is time to mourn something or somebody we mean it is time to liberate surpressed thoughts and feelings.
this archive is runned by the performance artists Fernanda Branco and Christina Lederhaas (Branco-Hase Collaboration).
